Ingredients for Aloo Chaat
Oil to shallow frying
2 boiled potatoes
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Dry Peppermint (Mint) Leaves
Half a teaspoon of Chaat Masala
Black Salt to taste
A quarter teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Little Chopped Coriander
A little grated ginger
1 pinch of salt
A little lemon juice
Mix these three things together and keep them in a bowl.
How to make Aloo chaat
First, peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. After this, heat oil in a pan. After heating, add potatoes and fry them till they become light brown. After that remove them. Now take fried potatoes in a large bowl. Add lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, dry mint leaves, chaat masala, black salt, red chili powder, chopped green coriander and mix well.
