Pune :  Policenama onlineThe Leader of the Opposition (LoP) in the Legislative Assembly Ajit Pawar has challenged the state government over the Lavasa Hill Station case. Ajit Pawar has asked the government to put all the government machinery to use and investigate the case. “We have no problem with the inquiry. You should investigate this matter by making all central and state level systems at work,” he said.

Pawar said, “We welcome the Lokayukta Act enacted in the State. We will discuss all aspects of it. If they are wrong, we will definitely oppose them.”

Pawar also commented on the border issue. “Everyone knows who incited people when the Belgaum boundary issue was before the Supreme Court. For that, we demand this session should be held for three weeks.” He also said that, “while there are problems of Vidarbha, inflation and unemployment, the issue of Maharashtra-Karnataka border is being deliberately whipped up.”

While targeting the Governor, Ajit Pawar said, “It has now been proved that the BJP itself had tried to topple the Maha Vikas Aghadi Government. It is not known which video Sanjay Raut tweeted, but the main reason for our march is the constant insulting of great men. The Governor should be removed for his remarks.”
