Declaration of Self-Reliant Healthy India Scheme: Finance Minister
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, in her budget speech, announced the Self-Reliant Healthy India Scheme. 64180 crore rupees have been given by the government for this and the health budget has been increased. With this, the local mission of WHO will be launched in India by the government.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced to pursue the Swachh Bharat Mission. Under this, Rs 2,87,000 crore was released for the Amrit scheme in cities. With this, Mission Nutrition 2.0 has been announced by the Finance Minister.
35 thousand crore rupees were announced for the corona vaccine by Nirmala Sitharaman. The Finance Minister said that the health sector budget has been increased by 137 percent.
