CBSE Class 12 Results to be declared by July 31 : Govt

New Delhi: A 13-member committee formed to prepare CBSE Board’s 12th examination result submitted its report to the Supreme Court today (June 17). The CBSE said that the marks of class tenth, eleventh and twelfth will be considered for the final result. CBSE results will be announced on July 31. Students who have objections to the results will be given a chance to sit for the exam again when the situation returns to normal, Attorney General KK Venugopal told the apex court on behalf of the Center.

The CBSE said that the highest marks would be taken in 3 out of 5 subjects in the 10th standard. In the same way, five subjects of class XI will be averaged and marks of unit, term and practical of class XII will be taken to make a final result. The final result will be based on 30 per cent marks of 10th, 30 per cent of 11th and 40 per cent marks of 12th.

The CBSE XII board exam was canceled due to corona infection. A 13-member committee was formed to draw conclusions. The committee presented the ruling formula in the Supreme Court today. The results of Class XII will be declared by July 31, the government told the court.
