Congress will be active in Pune to support vaccination, Covid-19 protocol: Mohan Joshi

In a press release issued by his office, Joshi said the state government has worked efficiently during the pandemic. It is also planning to tackle the Omicron virus. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has always been emphatic about the success of vaccination.

 

Congress workers are conducting vaccination drives in various parts of the city. The drive will be widened. A help centre was opened at Congress Bhawan during the first wave. There was blood shortage in the city. Blood donation camps were held at Congress Bhawan and in the eight assembly segments. Health check-up camps were organised with the help of NGOs in various parts of the city. Congress workers will remain active in the future also. They will provide relief to citizens, said the Congress leader, and added that workers meetings will be held in a couple of days in this regard and guidelines will be issued.

 

The guidelines are issued by the state government. These norms are not very stringent and would help curb the spread of the virus. Congress workers will see to it that these norms are followed. They will educate citizens on them, stated the release.
