Conspiracy to extort ₹25 crore from Aryan Khan’s family in cruise drugs case, states CBI in FIR
MUMBAI: Sameer Wankhede | The CBI has registered an FIR against former NCB officer Sameer Wankhede and three others for demanding ₹25 crore in connection with the detainment of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan from Cordelia cruise in the drugs case. Sameer Wankhede’s troubles are likely to increase.
The CBI has made a big revelation in the FIR which has been reported by a news agency.
An FIR has been registered against Sameer Wankhede and others in the Aryan Khan cruise drugs case. The CBI has revealed in the FIR that witness KP Gosavi had planned to extort ₹25 crore from Shah Rukh Khan’s family in the Aryan Khan’s alleged involvement in the drugs case.
The CBI is probing the Aryan Khan cruise drugs case. Two days ago, the CBI had raided properties at 29 places including Mumbai, Delhi, Ranchi and Kanpur connected with Sameer Wankhede.
The NCB had raided a cruise on October 2, 2021 and arrested 20 people including Aryan Khan in the drugs case. At that time, Sameer Wankhede was the chief of NCB’s Mumbai zone. The NCB had kept Aryan Khan in custody for one month but he had been released due to lack of evidence.
