Koregaon police arrest Bharat Gandhi, Dilip Oswal arrested for unnatural sex with a 42-year-old woman

Pune : Policenama online –  The Koregaon police arrested two persons for threatening and forcefully having unnatural sex with a woman staying alone.

The arrested have been identified as Bharat Jethamal Gandhi (53), a resident of Ekbote Colony, and Dilip Pushkaraj Oswal (53), a resident of Shukrawar Peth. A 42-year-old woman lodged a complaint in this connection. The incident happened from 2018 till date.

According to the police, the accused and the complainant know each other. The complainant does not stay with her husband. The accused took advantage of this and forcefully had sex with her. They threatened and had unnatural sex with her. She did not reveal it to anyone as the accused had threatened her.

PSI Bhujbal is investigating the case.
