Man killed in broad daylight in Velhe taluka
Pune : Policenama online – Pune Crime News | A shocking incident of a person being killed in Velhe taluka located at the base of Torna fort, has come to light. The incident took place on Monday at 12 noon. The incident has created a flutter in the taluka. The police have rushed to the spot and are searching for the accused. (Pune Crime News)
The deceased has been identified as Navnath alias Pappusheth Renuse, a resident of Pabe, Ramwadi. Renuse had come to Velhe taluka. Unidentified persons shot at him and disappeared on a two-wheeler. Renuse, who was seriously injured, succumbed to his injuries, the police said.
The police officials rushed to the spot after being informed about the incident and carried out a panchnama. The Velhe police are searching for the accused. It is not yet clear why Renuse was killed.
