Minor girl lured into love trap, raped in Pune
Pune : Policenama online – Pune Crime News | A man lured a minor girl into a love trap and had physical relations with her. The incident came to light as the victim became pregnant. A case has been filed against the man. This incident happened in September 2022. (Pune Crime News)
The 52-year-old mother of the victim lodged a complaint at the Alankar Police Station. Accordingly, a case has been registered against Harshal Satyam Jadhav from Satchawl under 376 (ii) (n) of the IPC and the POCSO Act.
According to the police, the 16-year-old minor daughter of the complainant was lured into the love trap by the accused. He gained her trust and established physical relations with her. The incident came to light after the victim became pregnant. A case has been registered against the accused based on the complaint.
