Missing engineer’s body found in Lonavla
Pune : Policenama online Tourists from all over the country visit Khandala and Lonavla. Some tourists also visit these places for trekking. However, trekking sometimes can be life threatening as proved by various examples. Some days ago, an engineer from Delhi had come to Lonavla for sightseeing and trekking. However, he suddenly went missing and his body was found after four days. The deceased has been identified as Farhan Ahmed and he was missing since May 20.
The local police and the rescue teams tried to find him but they failed to locate him. Farhan’s body was found on Tuesday. Earlier, after their son went missing, his parents had published a pamphlet urging people to find him and had announced a prize of Rs one lakh.
Meanwhile, Farhan, before his disappearance, had informed his brother about his location. Later, his phone went dead and he went missing. His body has been found today. INS personnel have located his body. A team of NDRF has reached the place and the search for the missing youth has ended.
