NCP former corporator Haji Gafur Pathan booked
Pune : Policenama online – Pune Crime | Former NCP corporator Haji Gafur Pathan has been booked for putting up a banner of his birthday on a hoarding without the company owner’s permission. When a company staffer went to him to demand the bill for the same, Pathan threatened him and beat him up. (Pune Crime)
Atul Madhav Sangamnerkar (55), a resident of Rasta Peth, lodged a complaint at the Kondhwa police station in this regard. Gafur has been booked for the same. The incident happened at 11 am behind the Ashoka Mews Housing Society near the T-junction at Mitha Nagar, Kondhwa on Friday. (Pune Crime)
According to the police, the complainant is an employee of Caption Outdoor Advertising agency.
Gafur Pathan had put up his banner on the company’s hoarding. The company had sent its bill to his office. The complainant visited Pathan to demand the bill payment.
However, Pathan threatened him and beat him up. Hence, he lodged the complaint.
