NCP’s senior corporator Sunil Gogavale joins Congress in the presence of Balasaheb Thorat

Pune : Policenama online – Pune Congress | Former Nationalist Congress Party’s (NCP) corporator Sunil Gogavale has officially joined the Indian National Congress (INC) in the presence of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee Vice-President Mohan Joshi, Former Minister of State for Home Ramesh Bagwe and leader of the party in legislature Balasaheb Thorat. “In the background of the upcoming municipal elections, Mohan Joshi and Ramesh Bagwe were contacted and they expressed their faith in me and urged me to join the Congress party.
“Also, I was deeply impressed by respected national leader of the Congress Party honourable Shri Rahulji Gandhi’s historic Bharat Jodo Yatra against the problems of increased inflation, unemployment, atrocities on farmers, bitterness in the society, threat to the constitution, national insecurity, injustice to the oppressed, Dalits, women, minorities, etc. during the rule of BJP and joined the Congress party.
