KEDGAON (PUNE) : Pune Crime Accident News | Two persons died after a two-wheeler rider rammed into a pedestrian on the Pune-Solapur highway and one person was seriously injured. The incident took place on Tuesday (June 20) at 9.30 pm.

 

Somanth Bhau Madne (55), a resident of Daund taluka, Pune district, has lodged a complaint at the Yavat police station. The complainant’s son Dadasaheb Madne had gone to Yavat for some work. At 9.30 pm, when Dadasaheb Madne was crossing the Pune-Solapur highway in Yavat village, the rider of a Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle going from Pune to Solapur, hit him leading to an accident.

 

 

Dadasaheb Madne had suffered injuries on his head, face and legs and he was taken to the government hospital in Yavat, where he succumbed to his injuries. Prajwal Mahendra Shelke and Vivek Vikas Baravkar (both residents of Kedgaon, Daund taluka), who were riding the motorcycle, had received injuries on their head, hand and legs and were admitted to a private hospital. Ujwal Shelke died late in the night.
