Ashok Bhandari, Rajan Raisoni, Siddhanth Kothari, Aman alias Arman Kothari, two others booked in Rs 1.45-cr cheating case

Pune : Policenama onlinePune Crime | The Chandan Nagar police have registered a fraud case against original land owner Ashok Fulchand Bhandari and AMI Estates LLP partner and six others. They allegedly made changes to the project blueprint. They also changed the area of two flats and dropped one flat. Thus, they cheated three persons of Rs 1.45 crore.

 

Kamlesh Ashok Chhajed, a resident of Lullanagar lodged a complaint at the Chandan Nagar police station in this regard. Ashok Fulchand Bhandari, a resident of Market Yard, Akshay Ashok Bhandari, Sadhana Ashok Bhandari, Rajan Nemichand Raisoni, a resident of Prabhat road, Siddhant Vijay Kothari, a resident of Mumbai, Aman alias Arman Sunil Kothari, a resident of Mumbai, have been booked.

 

The incident took place from 2015 till date. According to the police, the accused launched AMI Estates project in partnership in Kharadi. Flat no. 701 and 703 have been registered in the name of the complainant and his mother Pramila Ashok Chhajed. His relative Reshma Jain also had a registered flat no. 702. The blueprints of these flats and their area have been changed and they have been cheated of Rs 1.15 crore, stated the complaint.

 

The registered flat in the name of Reshma Jain had an area of 30.01 sq m. Land owner Ashok Bhandari has given Rs 30 lakh to the partnership firm. He dropped the flat sold to Reshma Jain and duped her of Rs 30 lakh. Complainant Kamlesh Chhajed, his mother Pramila Chhajed and Reshma Jain have been cheated of Rs 1.45 crore.
