Businessman files complaint after being cheated of Rs 8.5 crore in edible oil transaction

Pune: Policenama online – Pune Crime | The prices of edible oil are increasing day by day. Hence, the traders are forced to give a huge amount of money during transactions. A wholesale trader from Market Yard had given an order and paid the money but he was not supplied the goods and was cheated of Rs 8 crore 53 lakh and 923. The police have filed an FIR against the partner of Trade Factory. (Pune Crime)
Yash Narendra Mittal (26), a resident of Mukund Nagar, has lodged a complaint at the Market Yard police station. Accordingly, the police have filed a case against Raj Lalit Bokria, a resident of Shital Plaza, Model Colony. The incident happened from October 12 to November 8, 2021.
According to the police, the complainant is a wholesaler trader of edible oil and grocery and he has a shop in Market Yard. Raj Bokria is a partner of Trade Factory. Mittal had given him Rs 8 crore 53 lakh 95 thousand 923 for purchasing edible oil. Even after getting the money, Bokria did not supply edible oil to Mittal and did not return the money either. Mittal asked Bokria to return his money many times but since he did not get the money, he approached the police and lodged a complaint.
