Man kidnaps woman and daughter and attempt made to rape daughter because of anger over sister’s son running away with daughter
Pune: Policenama online – Pune Crime | Sister’s son ran away with a 16-year-old minor girl. The girl’s father, who was angry, gathered 10 relatives and entered the woman relative’s house and kidnapped her and her 13-year-old daughter and kept them in a room in Akluj. An incident has come to light where they were beaten up and attempts were made to rape the girl. (Pune Crime)
A 32-year-old woman from Bopodi has lodged a complaint at the Khadki police station. The incident took place in Bopodi and Raut Nagar in Akluj on March 15 and 16. According to the police, the accused are relatives of the complainant and others are their relatives. The complainant’s sister’s son ran away with his 16-year-old cousin and the accused, who were angry, forcibly entered the complainant’s house.
The complainant, her wife and their 13-year-old daughter were beaten up. The complainant was also molested. They stole Rs 15,000 to 20,000 from their house. The complainant and her daughter were forced to sit in a car. Datta Bhingardive performed an obscene act. They were confined to a room in Akluj. Attempt was made to pour petrol on them. Bhingardive tried to forcibly have sex with the complainant’s daughter.
Later, Mahadev Bhingardive got a call and he forced them to sit in the car and dropped them on the road near the tank opposite Khadki police station.
The Khadki police have filed a case against the accused for running away with the girl. Later, the complainant approached the court and a case was registered on the orders of the court.
