Pune crime | Youths create ruckus at CNG pump in Narhe, beat up pump employee
Pune : Policenama online – Pune crime | An incident has taken place in Pune wherein an employee of a petrol pump was beaten up in Narhe area. Some youths, who were angry due to the traffic congestion being caused by the CNG pump, thrashed an employee of the pump. They also threw stones at the pump. The incident took place on Saturday at 9 am.
There is always a rush of vehicles at Yuvansh gas station which leads to traffic congestion in the area. A youth asked an employee of the pump about the traffic jams and this led to an argument. The youth called eight to 10 youths and beat up the employee of the pump. The employee has suffered injuries to his ears.
The incident has created panic among local residents. The Sinhagad Road police have reached the spot and are examining the CCTV footage.
