Pune: Policenama online –Pune Minor Girl Rape Case | An incident has been reported in Pimpri Chinchwad wherein, a 20-year-old boy decamped with a minor girl and married her and forcefully established physical relations with her, which resulted in the girl getting pregnant. An FIR has been registered against the accused Kedar Radheshyam Prasad (20) under sections 363, 366, 376, 376 (N), 376 (3), 323 and 504 of the IPC and the POCSO Act and he has been arrested.

The father of the minor girl has lodged a complaint at the Bhosari police station on Friday. The police have arrested Kedar Prasad (20), a resident of Bhosari and hailing from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The incident took place between August 2021 and June 10, 2022 in Bhosari.

According to the police, the accused ran away with the 14-year-old minor daughter of the complainant. He married her and established sexual relations with her on many occasions. The girl became eight months pregnant.

The accused ran away with the girl without taking permission of the complainant and established sexual relations with her. After the father of the girl lodged a complaint, the police registered a case and arrested the accused.
