‘KoKo & Co’ salad bar to serve eater Punekars for good health and lifestyle after Covid-19
To serve Natural, Residue-free Salads & vegetables to Punekars Kothimbir Koshimbir (KoKo & Co) launched
Pune : Policenama online – Pune News | The first natural, residue-free salad bar launched in Pune to serve eater Punekars for good health and healthier lifestyle after Covid-19. This weekend a salad bar is started near Vanaz in the Kothrud area. More than 40-50 types of salads and special Salad Thali will be available for the punekars.
At the launch, Dr. Sneha Joglekar, Naturopath, founder of KoKo & Co salad bar and Sasneh Mind and Body Healing Center, Sameer Pokale & Rahul Mhaskar, Co-founder of NeutriUs Farm, Varun Joglekar, Niska Joglekar of KoKo & Co, chef Atharva Marathe & Atul Paradkar were present.
The salad bar will only be open for dining on the weekends, on the weekdays home deliveries are available. We serve single, double and family servings, with another option of weekly subscription. We also strive to provide gourmet salads with keeping Health our utmost priority with reasonable charges to suit everyone else’s pocket. Special salad thali will be served on the weekend. There will be a feast of 40-50 salads of veg and non-veg.
NutriUs is a Residue Free, Hydroponic & Soilless Farm, where we wish to bring a positive impact in the Direct to home urban farming field and create a sustainable nutritious community that we can pass on to the next generation as a culture and an asset, mentioned Sameer Pokale.
We at JSC Educational Trust also plan to establish a community centre for senior citizens primarily but will also be open to other people, our main objective is to help uplifting our community after the covid pandemic and raise people’s spirits, we plan to hold not only games but events like readings, group visits, picnics & other activities like barbecues and parties for everyone to get out and have a great time with reasonable charges to suit everyone’s pocket, added Dr. Sneha Joglekar.
