Pune Pimpri Crime | 30-year-old man arrested in Pune for raping 13-year-old girl
Pune : Policenama online – Pune Pimpri Crime |The incidents of sexual harassment of minor girls are increasing in Pimpri Chinchwad. A shocking incident has been reported wherein, a 30-year-old man raped a 13-year-old girl after threatening to kill her, in the limits of Hinjewadi police station. The police have registered an FIR and have arrested the accused. (Pune Pimpri Crime)
The girl’s mother has filed a complaint at the Hinjewadi police station. Accordingly, the police have registered a case under sections 376 (3), 354, 354 (B) and 506 of the IPC, POCSO Act and Atrocity Act and arrested the accused. The incident took place in the girl’s residence on Wednesday at 1.30 am.
According to the police, the accused
and the complainant are known to each other.
On Wednesday at 1.30 am,
the accused Kiran Dagde (30),
a resident of Bavdhan Budruk,
Pune came to the complainant’s house
and did an obscene act with the girl.
He threatened to kill her and forcefully established sexual relations with her.
