Maximum temperature likely to increase in state

Pune : Policenama onlinePune temperature | The maximum temperature has been increasing in Pune city in the last couple of days. According to the weather department, the fluctuation in the weather is likely to continue for a few days.

 

The maximum temperature which was increasing in the city in the last couple of days, declined slightly on Tuesday. A temperature of 11.5 degrees celsius was recorded in the city while in Lohegaon, a temperature of 13.4 degrees celsius was recorded. The weather is likely to be cloudy in the next two days and a fluctuation is likely in the minimum and maximum temperatures.

 

The chill in the air is disappearing in the state and days are becoming hotter. However, chilly weather persists in some parts of Vidarbha. In some places, the maximum temperature has crossed 30 degrees centigrade.

 

According to a forecast by the weather department, this situation is likely to continue for three days followed by a rise in the maximum temperature by 2 to 4 degrees celsius.

 

In the 24 hours up to Tuesday morning, the maximum temperature increased by a couple of degrees celsius and reduced slightly in some parts of Vidarbha. The maximum temperature in the state was 34.4 degrees celsius while the minimum temperature was 11.4 degrees celsius in Nashik.

 

There is a possibility of rainfall in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Lakshadweep islands due to the blowing of winds from north east in the Bay of Bengal. Due to the blowing of winds from the east, there is a possibility of scattered rainfall near Andaman islands due to a low pressure area.

 

Dry weather has been forecast in the state for four days and the increase in the maximum temperature is likely to continue.
