Pune autorickshaw driver loots actor Arbaj Shaikh? Actor shares FB post about his bad experience

Sometimes, they charge more fare and sometimes they behave very arrogantly. Many such incidents have taken place but the administration does not take any action. Many Puneites complain about being fleeced by autorickshaw drivers. Actor Arbaj Shaikh who has acted in famous Marathi film Sairat had a similar experience. Arbaz Shaikh stays in Pune at present. He wanted to go to his native place and boarded an auto to go to Pune railway station. He had a shocking experience as the auto driver took him in the wrong direction and demanded more money from him. The auto driver also abused him. Shaikh has sought help from the administration.
Arbaz writes in his post, “I was cheated by an auto driver. Every driver may not be like him. The name of the driver is Asif Mulla and the auto number is MH 12 NW 9628. The fare from Nanded City to Pune station is Rs 198. I never use apps like Ola, Uber or Rapido. Since it was raining, my friend refused to drop me. Hence, my friend booked an auto through the Rapido app. It was raining heavily.
After the auto left Nanded City, he took me round and round in various directions. I told him that he was taking the auto in various directions but he did not reply.
During the journey, he demanded Rs 60 extra from me. When I questioned him, he abused me and said it was raining and asked me to get down immediately. He told me to pay Rs 60 more and said he drives the auto every day. He also told me to get down if I did not want to pay extra money.
Since it was raining and I had a train to catch, I did not get down. I have written this post so that such incidents are not repeated. If a person like me who moves around in Pune every day had such an experience, then what may be happening to people who come to Pune from the villages? These people are cheating citizens and this should stop. I hope the system will find some solution, the post of Arbaj Shaikh concludes.
