Sansad Ratna Award announced for NCP MP Supriya Sule for the 7th consecutive year

Pune : Policenama online – The Sansad Ratna Award which is given by Prime Point Foundation, Chennai and e magazine will be given to NCP MP Supriya Sule this year. The award which is given to the best performing MP has been bagged by Sule for the seventh consecutive year. The foundation has also honoured Sule by awarding her the Sansad Maha Ratna award.
The foundation presents the award to the best performing MP in Lok Sabha since 2010. The award was inspired from the vision of former president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, said K Srinivasan of the Prime Point Foundation.
The award has been presented for the last 12 years and it has been awarded to 75 MPs so far. The award presentation ceremony will be held in Delhi on March 26.
MP Supriya Sule’s performance in the Lok Sabha has been excellent for many years including the current 17th Lok Sabha.
Her attendance during the working of Lok Sabha from June 1, 2019 to February 11, 2021 was 92 per cent and she took part in 163 debates. She asked 402 questions and introduced 8 private member’s bills in the parliament.
