Shiv Sena-BJP alliance’s candidates are going to win Kasba Peth and Chinchwad bypolls by 100 per cent margin, asserts CM Eknath Shinde

Only a few hours remain for the end of the campaign and BJP has fielded many bigwigs to campaign for its candidates. The campaigning for both the bypolls is going to end on Friday (Feb 24) at 5 pm. Hence, both MVA and BJP have intensified their campaign. Senior leaders from both the groups are campaigning for their candidates. CM Shinde visited Shiv Sena Bhavan located near Swargate at 2 am on Wednesday. He asserted that the alliance of BJP and Shiv Sena will win both the seats.
Shinde said that he had visited the Shiv Sena’s Pune office because of the insistence of city unit chief Nana Bhangire and praised activists and office-bearers for their hard work. “Kasba Peth constituency is the stronghold of BJP-Shiv Sena. Our candidate Hemant Rasane is going to win by 100 per cent margin. I saw saffron resurgence in the programme held at Chinchwad. Hence, I am confident that at Kasba Peth and Chinchwad, Shiv Sena-BJP alliance’s candidates are going to get elected by 100 per cent margin,” he added.
