Mumbai : Policenama online BJP leader Kirit Somaiyya has lodged a complaint with the Enforcement Department (ED) against State Cabinet Minister and NCP leader Dhananjay Munde.
In a letter written to the ED, Somaiya said Munde has committed a fraud amounting to Rs 25 crore; cheated thousands of farmers, shareholders and grabbed land belonging to farmers, government and religious trusts (temples).
Somaiya recently alleged that Munde was involved in irregularities related to Jagmitra Sugar Mill in Beed district.
Somaiya alleged that Munde has grabbed land by faking thumb impressions of dead persons for the said sugar mill. Somaiya will visit the Jagmitra Sugar Mill and Bardapur Police Station for pursuing the FIR he had lodged in this connection.
Earlier, the Supreme Court had turned down the request for a special leave petition application against Somaiya’s FIR at Bardapur Police Station against Dhananjay Munde and Jagmitra Sugar Mill.
