Coronavirus India Update : Single-Day Spike of 57,117 Positive Cases, 16,95,988 Total Cases, 764 Deaths in India
New Delhi : Coronavirus infection is constantly spreading in the country. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, in the last 24 hours i.e. from 8 am Friday to 8 am Saturday, there have been 57,117 new cases of coronavirus reported across the country and after these cases, the total coronavirus cases in the country have increased to 16,95,988.

Not only new cases of coronavirus are coming out but the number of people who lost their lives due to coronavirus is also increasing continuously. According to the Ministry of Health, during the last 24 hours 764 people have died due to Coronavirus in the country. Till now, this deadly virus has caused a total death of 36,511 people.
However, it is a matter of relief that the number of people recovering from the corona virus is also increasing rapidly. During the last 24 hours, 36,569 people have completely recovered from Corona virus across the country. So far, a total of 10,94,374 people across the country have completely recovered from the coronavirus. The number of active cases of coronavirus in the country is 5,65,103.
