Pune: Policenama online – Pune Crime News | A goon tried to create terror in the old Rajiv Gandhi settlement because he was angry over the complaint made to the police over old enmity. He assaulted a person with a sickle and tried to kill him. Kaka Ramchandra Shirole (43), a resident of Kasba Peth, has lodged a complaint (76/23) at the Shivaji Nagar police station. Accordingly, the police have arrested Tushar Kailas Kakde (19), a resident of Shinde Vasti SRA Building. The incident took place near the old Rajiv Gandhi settlement on April 13 at 5.15 pm.
According to the police, the complainant had stationed his handcart near the old Rajiv Gandhi settlement. The complainant’s son had lodged a complaint against the accused. The accused assaulted the complainant with a sharp weapon and terrorised locals by displaying sharp weapon in the air and tried to kill the complainant.
