Pune : The hit-and-run case involving the Porsche car owned by renowned builder Vishal Agarwal, which was driven by his son. Two IT engineers were killed after the car hit their motorbike. Citizens are expressing anger over bail granted to the accused minor within 15 hours.
Meanwhile, there is a story that one of Agarwal’s young family members had collided his luxury car with a median earlier. Shocking details are emerging about the grandfather, who stood a guarantee for his grandson in the juvenile court.
It was learnt that the grandfather, Surendra Kumar Agarwal, had hired Chhota Rajan for shooting at his brother and his friend. Rajan gang members had fired at Surendra Kumar Agarwal’s brother. An FIR was filed in the case. Initially, the police investigated the matter but later it was handed over to the CBI. The case is pending in the court. People are surprised that the accused minor was granted bail on ridiculous grounds on his grandfather’s guarantee. Some news channels reported this matter.
According to sources in the CBI, Surendra Kumar Agarwal and his brother RK Agarwal had some dispute over property some years ago. Surendra Kumar had hired Chhota Rajan, whose gang members had fired at RK Agarwal. An attempted murder case was filed at the Bund Garden Police Station. They had made a murder bid on Ajay Bhosale, who is RK Agarwal’s friend. The goons had taken the contract to kill Ajay Bhosale. His driver was also injured in the incident. The case is pending in the sessions court in Mumbai.
Surendra Kumar Agarwal had joined hands with Chhota Rajan in 2009 to settle the property dispute with his brother RK Agarwal. He had met Chhota Rajan goon Vijay Purushottam Salvi alias Vijay Tambat at Bangkok, said the CBI sources.
