Pune: The ‘muhurt’ of a Marathi film was performed coinciding with the consecration of Shri Ram Lalla Mandir in Ayodhya. ‘Adv Yashwant Jamadar’ is being produced under the banner of SK Production. Sanjay Agarwal is the Producer of the film while Chandrakant Thakkar is the Associate Producer. Ramesh Sahebrao Choudhary is its director.
Rameshchandra Agarwal launched the muhurt by cutting the ribbon of ‘Adv Yashwant Jamadar’. Chandrakant Thakkar lighted the traditional lamp while Sanjeev Agarwal worshipped Shri Ganpati and Shri Ram Bhagwan and Darshan Thakkar concluded the worship by breaking the auspicious coconut.
Writer Sanjay Navgire, DOP and Film Editor Siddhesh More, Music Composer Ajit Parab, Project head Amar Lashkar, Lyricist Mandar Cholkar and Actor Makarand Deshpande were present. The main cast of the movie are Makarand Deshpande, Hrishikesh Joshi, Bharat Ganeshpure, Kailas Waghmare, Sayali Sanjeev, Vishakha Subhedar, Pratiksha Jadhav, Shivali Parab, Anushka Pimputkar and Prajakta Hanamghar.
Speaking on the occasion, Associate Producer Chandrakant Thakkar said, “We are dealing with a very sensitive issue in Marathi film ’Adv Yashwant Jamadar’. The institution of marriage is one of the most important elements of the Indian customs and traditions. However, this institution has been affected by the changing social and cultural aspects of life. This very theme has been presented in a crispy, comical style. We are making people aware of a very sensitive issue through ‘Adv Yashwant Jamadar’.
