Religious Places Will Not Open in Maharashtra-Jharkhand-Rajasthan, Vaishno Devi Temple Will Also Remain Closed

New Delhi : Religious places, malls and restaurants are being opened in many parts of the country from today, but each state has issued its own guidelines. Religious places and malls in Maharashtra and Jharkhand will remain closed for the time being. Religious sites are not being opened in Jammu and Kashmir also. Malls in Gurugram and Faridabad in Haryana will also remain closed.

Starting today hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls have been allowed to open in many parts of the country. At the same time, after more than 60 days, devotees will once again be able to visit religious places. All religious places have been allowed to open from today, but this exemption is under strict rules. The government has issued a clear guideline.

In Uttar Pradesh, Religious places will be opened except in the Containment Zone, although the idols or religious books will not be allowed to be touched. The Mahakal temple of Ujjain has been opened. In Haridwar, devotees will be able to bathe in Har Ki Pauri. Most religious places have opened in the capital Delhi.

Temples have been opened in Ahmedabad. At the same time, only local people will be able to visit Somnath temple. Ambaji temple of Banaskantha will be opened from June 12, devotees can visit here in the shift, but this exemption is not yet everywhere in the country. It has been decided to give concessions gradually in some places.

Neither malls nor religious places will open in Maharashtra. Offices will be opened with 10 percent staff, but public transport will remain closed. At the same time, religious places are not being opened in Rajasthan, but hotel restaurants and malls have been opened. Malls will not open in Ghaziabad, UP at present. It has also been decided not to open Kashi Vishwanath temple.

Similarly, the Mathura district administration has decided to keep all the temples, including Banke Bihari in Vrindavan, closed till June 30. The famous Mansa Devi temple of Panchkula will also not open today. It has been decided to open the temple from 9 June. Even the Hanuman temple in Delhi will not be opened for devotees today.

In Jharkhand too, malls and restaurants and religious places will remain closed. Religious places in Bhopal will remain closed, but malls and restaurants are being opened. Religious places in Jammu and Kashmir will not be opened at the moment, but salons, hotels are being opened. The restaurant will be able to deliver home. At the same time, the Vaishno Devi temple will also remain closed.

It will be allowed to open religious places in Goa, but many institutions are in favor of keeping the religious places closed. Mall restaurants and religious places are being opened in Haryana except Gurugram and Faridabad. The religious places which are being opened will be bound by other rules of precaution including strict social distancing.
