Shahrukh Khan’s TV Show ‘Circus’ Returns on Doordarshan, Also Watch Byomkesh Bakshi Again
Mumbai : Policenama Online – After Ramayana and Mahabharata, Doordarshan has now announced to telecast two other old serials. It has been reported on social media that Shahrukh Khan’s show ‘Circus’ and detective serial ‘Byomkesh Bakshi’ will be shown again. Before appearing in the movies, King Khan was seen in TV serials like ‘Circus’ and ‘Fauji’.
The entire country has been locked down for 21 days due to the outbreak of Coronavirus in the country. In such a situation, the serials of 80s and 90s are being aired once again on Doordarshan. Ramanand Sagar’s ‘Ramayaman’ and BR Chopra’s ‘Mahabharata’ serial will be shown again.
At the same time, Doordarshan has informed via Twitter that there is good news for Shahrukh Khan’s fans as his serial ‘Circus’ (1989) is returning to TV again. The show will be aired from March 28 at 8 pm. Ashutosh Gowariker and Renuka Shahane also played important roles in it.

Apart from this, ’90s popular detective show’ Byomkesh Bakshi ‘(1993) is also making a comeback on Doordarshan. The serial will air from March 28 at 11 am. This crime series is based on the novel by Sharadindu Bandopadhyay. It featured Rajit Kapoor in the lead role, who was also the director of the show.
