New Delhi : Policenama Online – Following the decision of the International court of justice (ICJ), Indian Civil servant Kulbhushan Jadhav has been sent to Pakistani agencies by an unknown location on July 19. According to the intelligence input, the place where Jadhav was kept in Lahore, he has been removed from there.
It is believed that Pakistan send him to some place before granting access to counsel for Jadhav, where he can claim to keep him in better condition. So far, Pakistan has not given counselor access. There is a discussion on diplomatic level in both countries on this issue.
Under the Vienna Convention of India, the counselor is talking about granting access. After the decision of ICJ, the ministry of external affairs had urged Pakistan to immediately give counselor access.
