Ingredients –
1 Cup Corn Kernels
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
1 Chopped Avocado & 2 tbsp Soft Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1-2 tbsp Salt
1 Lemon Juice
1-2 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley

Black Pepper Powder According to Taste

Recipe –
First of all, prepare salad dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Now in a bowl, mix corn, tomato, onion and avocado. Now pour the dressing over the salad.
