Adv Satish Mulik, Agrajit Mulik, Jitendra Bhosale and Ram Bhujbal booked in Rs 1.5-crore cheating case
Policenama online – Pune Crime | A crime has been registered against Adv Satish Mulik and four others at the Yerwada police station for misappropriating money in a land deal and cheating. The incident took place between January 10, 2006 and June 7, 2022. Adv Mulik was also booked in another Rs 1-cr cheating case last month. (Pune Crime)
Adv Satish Gajanan Mulik (50), Agrajit Mulik (22), Jitendra Bhosale (28), Ram Bhujbal are the accused in the case. Kailas Baban Pathare (55), a resident of Kharadi, lodged a complaint in this regard at the Yerwada police station on Thursday. The police booked the accused under sections 406, 420, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC.
According to the police, the complainant had an agreement with Swastik Developers to sell a 0.79 hectare plot from his 3.32 hectare land at Kharadi. The complainant got Rs 1.35 crore price for the plot. He went to Adv Mulik’s house to count the money. Mulik advised him to leave the money at his home as the complainant was leaving for home at night. Pathare left the money with Mulik. However, when Pathare went to collect the money, Mulik started dilly-dallying. The other accused abused and thrashed him. API Alekar is investigating the case. (Pune Crime)
Earlier, Adv Mulik was booked for cheating in another land deal, in which he did not properly put up the case even after giving Rs 15 lakh as a compromise amount. This case was registered last month at the Yerwada police station. In this case, the complainant, Chandrashekhar Galande, had tried to commit suicide by taking an overdose of sleeping pills.
