Pune: On May 7, 2024, the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) filed a complaint leading to the registration of an FIR against the owner of Pergola De Pines hotel for unauthorized constructions on the property located in Kalyani Nagar.

According to the FIR, the hotel owner violated regulations by undertaking illegal construction activities, including the establishment of two car parking spaces, with dimensions of 20 X 3 m, 6 X 1 m, and 4 X 3 m, among others.
The case has been filed under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (MRTP) Act, and Assistant Police Inspector Vishwanath Todkari is currently conducting further investigations into the matter.
