Railway block: Four trains including Hutatma, Vishakhapatnam express cancelled, routes changed for others

Solapur- Railways have cancelled four trains including including Hutatma and Visakhapatnam and changed routes of others, plying from Solapur division as doubling work has been undertaken between Bhalwani to Bhigwan in Solapur division of Central Railway. The block will continue till March 31.

The administration has imposed an engineering block for the maintenance and repair of the doubling work of the railway line between Bhalwani and Bhigwan. Therefore, Solapur to Pune and Pune to Solapur express will not run on March 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29 and 31. The Panvel-Nanded Special Express will not run on March 15 and April 1, while the Nanded-Panvel train will not run on March 14 and 31.

Apart from this, the Visakhapatnam-Lokmanya Tilak Terminal Special Express will not run on March 12 and 30. The Lokmanya Tilak Terminal-Visakhapatnam Special Express will not run on March 14 and April 1. However, senior chamber of commerce manager Pradip Hirde has appealed to all passengers to travel keeping in mind cancelled trains and changed routes.

– Mumbai-Nagercoil Special Express will run on 13, 16, 17, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27, 30 and 31 March on Thane, Panvel, Ratnagiri, Madgaon, Mangalore Junction, Shoranur, Erode, Karur routes.

– Nagercoil – Mumbai Special Express will run on 12, 15, 16, 17, 19, 22, 23, 24, 26, 29, 30 and 31 March via Raji Karur, Erode, Shoranur, Mangalore Junction, Madgaon, Ratnagiri, Panvel, Thane routes.

– Mumbai-Nagercoil Special Express will run on March 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29 via Thane, Panvel, Ratnagiri, Madgaon, Mangalore Junction, Shoranur, Erode, Tiruchirappalli routes.

– Nagercoil-Mumbai Special Express will run on March 14, 18, 21, 25, 28 via Tiruchirappalli, Erode, Shoranur, Mangalore Junction, Madgaon, Ratnagiri, Panvel, Thane routes.
