New Delhi : Just before the Bhoomi Pujan of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB‌) has said in a controversial tweet that the Babri Masjid will always be there. Questioning the decision of the Supreme Court, the Board called it a decision satisfying the majority.

The Muslim Personal Law Board tweeted, ‘Babri Masjid was and always will be a mosque. Hagia Sophia is a great example for us. Usurpation of the land by an unjust, oppressive, shameful and majority appeasing judgment can’t change it’s status. No need to be heartbroken. Situations don’t last forever.’

Mohammad Wali Rahmani of the Muslim Personal Law Board said, ‘The Babri Masjid was never built by demolishing any temple.’ He further said that the Supreme Court has held in its judgment that it was illegal to keep the idols in the mosque.

The Supreme Court ruled last year in the Ram Janmabhoomi case of Ayodhya which lasted nearly 500 years. The court gave the disputed land to Ramlala. At the same time, a decision was made to give five acres of land in Ayodhya for the construction of the mosque.

At the same time, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi has also tweeted that Babri Masjid was, is and will remain. He tweeted on Wednesday morning, ‘Babri Masjid was, is and will remain, IshaAllah.’

Significantly, in Ayodhya on Wednesday, PM Narendra Modi will worship the land of Ram temple. All preparations for this have been completed. Temples are being sanitized in Ram Nagari. At the same time, the entire city is decorated with lamps, flowers etc. PM Modi will reach Lucknow this morning and then leave for Ayodhya after five minutes. There is a Diwali-like atmosphere in Ayodhya because of Bhoomi Poojan in Ayodhya.
