Community Transmission of Coronavirus Has Not Started in the Country : Ministry of Health

Lucknow : Policenama Online – The corona virus has become an epidemic for the whole world today. Every day thousands of people are dying in the country and abroad due to this. Now its direct impact is being seen in India. At present, the number of corona patients in India has increased to 1209. The death toll has risen to 31. At the same time, 102 people have been cured of this disease.

The Ministry of Health and Home Affairs had a meeting on Monday regarding Corona. After which a relieved statement by Luv Agarwal, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Health has come out. He reported that technically the corona in India is still in the local transmission phase, so far no community transmission has taken place. He further informed that in the last 24 hours four people have died due to corona and 92 new cases have been reported. According to Love Aggarwal, the corona virus can spread as an epidemic due to the negligence of a person.

Punya Salila Srivastava, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs said that the Home Secretary yesterday directed the District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police of the States / UTs to ensure food and shelter for the trapped workers and ensure full wages by the employers.
