Cong Govt defiantly implements six guarantees in Telangana: Pongulati Srinivasa Reddy

Khammam (Telangana), Dec 18 (UNI)- Telangana Revenue and Public Relation Minister Pongulati Srinivasa Reddy announced on Monday that the Congress Government is steadfast in implementing six guarantees in the state.

Speaking at the review meeting held at the District Collectorate here, Reddy asserted that the ruling people’s government is committed to working for the aspirations of the people and maintaining their trust.

He emphasized that the government will release a white paper covering every aspect and urged officials to provide accurate information. Reddy conducted a comprehensive review of the Departments of Panchayat Raj, Mission Bhagiratha, Irrigation, Roads and Buildings, Double-bed room houses, Excise, and others.

The Minister instructed officials to provide information on the number of people availing drinking water through Mission Bhagiratha and power supply to the agriculture sector. He also called for the allocation of land and necessary steps to provide facilities and faculty to JNTU Engineering College.

Reddy sought updates on the progress of high project works and inquired about the status of the Nursing College Building. In Paleru Constituency, he addressed issues related to Gram Panchayats, land acquisitions, canal projects, house constructions, and other developmental initiatives.

During the review, District Collector VP Gautham, Police Commissioner Vishnu S Warrier, Additional Collector of Local Bodies B. Sathyaprasad, District Forest Officer Siddharth Vikram Singh, Additional DCP Prasada Rao, District Officers, and others participated in the review meeting.
