Hyderabad, Dec 30 (UNI)- Former DSP Nalini paid a courtesy call to Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy at the Secretariat here on Saturday.
During the recent meeting, the Chief Minister had enquired with officials about the hurdles to reinstate Nalini into services.
Nalini sacrificed her job during the struggle for a separate Telangana state. Reddy suggested the officials to give equivalent job in other government wings if the rules are not permitted to give her a job in DSP rank in the police department.
The Chief Minister also asked the officials to arrange a meeting with Nalini, a statement from the Chief Minister’s office said. In view of this, Nalini met the Chief Minister at the Secretariat today.
