Four of a family killed, child injured in road accident

Hapur (UP), Mar 1 (UNI) – Accident News | Four members of a family were killed and a child was injured when a car rammed into a stationary container in Babugarh town in Hapur district here in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, police sources said here. (Accident News)

Police sources said that the incident took place on Delhi-Lucknow highway when the car rammed into the stationary container parked on the roadside. “While the car rammed into the container, another container hit the car from behind,” they said.

Police sources said that car passengers identified as Mohit, Pushpam, Neetu and Shanvi (6) were killed in the incident and Kyra (2) was injured. “Kyra, who sustained serious injuries, has been admitted to the hospital. The deceased were residents of the Civil Lines area in Moradabad and were returning from a marriage function in Garhmukteshwar,” they said.
