Mumbai, Mar 20 (UNI) – The Bombay High Court has permitted Mainak Mehta, brother-in-law of fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi, to travel to Hong Kong only after he provides information about the bank details sought by CBI.

Mehta is a British citizen and lives in Hong Kong.

Earlier in January, the Supreme Court suggested Mainak Mehta provide the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) a ‘letter of authority’ to access and probe his offshore bank accounts in connection with the PNB fraud case.
