Kerala Plane Crash : Wife Of Co-Pilot Killed In Kerala Plane Crash Gives Birth To Baby Boy
Mathura : The wife of co-pilot Akhilesh Kumar, who lost his life in a plane crash at Karipur Airport in Kozhikode, Kerala, gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Megha, resident of Mathura district and the wife of the co-pilot who was expecting a child when her husband co-pilot Akhilesh Sharma was killed in the Kozhikode plane crash last month, said that “After his death, there was nothing left in my life. After the arrival of the child, I have got my world back.”
“Both Megha and the newborn are still in the care of the hospital and are fine,” Dr Preeti Bhadauria said.
An aircraft of the Air India Express crashed while landing at Karipur Airport on August 7. Some passengers, including aircraft pilot Deepak Vasant Sathe and co-pilot Akhilesh Kumar, were killed in the accident.
