New Delhi : Indigenous smartphone maker Micromax is going to launch its new smartphone in India today (March 19). The launching will take place at 12 noon. The name of this smartphone is Micromax In 1, which will be the third phone of the company’s In series. Earlier Micromax In 1b and In Note 1 smartphones have been introduced. The company is calling the new phone ‘India’s new blockbuster’. The phone will be sold through online shopping website Flipkart.

Prior to launching, the price and specifications of the phone have been revealed. According to the report, the price of Micromax In 1 can be around Rs 9,999 or Rs 8,999. This phone will compete directly with the Realme Narzo 30A smartphone, which costs 8,999 rupees. The launch event of the phone can be viewed at micromaxinfo.com.

Tipster Tushar Mehta recently revealed the specifications of the phone in a tweet. According to him, Micromax In 1 will be a budget smartphone, in which MediaTek Helio G80 processor will be given. The phone will be provided with up to 6 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of storage. The phone can also come in 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variant.
The phone can get a 6.67-inch FullHD + display, with a punch hole for the selfie camera. It can get a rear fingerprint sensor and 5,000mAh battery. The phone battery will support 18W fast charging. Triple rear camera setup can be given for photography. It will have a primary sensor of 48 megapixels and two sensors will be of 2 megapixels. For selfie, it will have an 8 megapixel front camera.
