It also includes the name of Sherlyn Chopra. Now Sherlyn Chopra has accused Raj Kundra of sexual harassment.
Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra had appeared before the property cell of the Mumbai Police Crime Branch to record her statement in the alleged pornography case.
According to a Times of India report, she has also lodged an FIR against Raj Kundra for sexual harassment.
In her complaint, she revealed that in early 2019, Raj Kundra’s business manager called her for a proposal, which they wanted to discuss.
On March 27, 2019, after a business meeting, Raj Kundra came to my house without telling me due to a heated argument over a message.

Sherlyn Chopra has claimed in the complaint that after Raj came home, he tried to forcefully kiss her despite Sherlyn’s refusal.
Sherlyn said that she didn’t want to have an affair with a married man and also,
she didn’t want to mix professional and personal life.
She alleged that Raj had not stopped even after refusing. I was very scared then. After a while, she managed to push him and went to the washroom.
Raj Kundra has been charged with sexual harassment under sections 376 r/w of the Indian Penal Code,
sections 384, 415, 420, 504, 506, 354 (a) (b) (d) 509 of the Indian Penal Code.
It also includes Sections 67, 67 (a) of the Information Technology Act 2008,
Sections 3 and 4 of the Women’s Act 1986 on indecent representation.
