Unnao, Policenama online – A 12-member team of CBI has started investigating the Unnao rape victim’s accident and has interrogated eyewitnesses and forensic experts, after giving visit to the spot where car collided with the truck.
According to the source the CBI team found that errant truck was speeding and driving on the wrong side of the road. The car was also over-speeding when it lost control and hit the truck from behind. While on same side Intelligence Bureau said, this was nothing but the conspiracy and Uttar Pradesh Police feels under pressure from BJP MLA.
Meanwhile, the son-in-law of a UP minister and nine others have been booked on murder charges after the car crash killed two aunts of the Unnao rape victim and left her injured. BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar booked under the charges. CBI which has taken over the accident case has booked several in its own FIR.
Chief Justice of India hears the matter and order to transfer the case with immediate effect.
