Vote for Hemant Rasane will help clear important issues like old wadas, gunthewari: Chandrakant Patil
Pune : Policenama online – Pune Kasba Peth Bypoll Election | Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil appealed to voters to help Hemant Rasane, the candidate of the BJP grand alliance, which has the support of 200 MLAs, to win in order to resolve the important issues such as metro, old wadas, gunthewari, etc. Chandrakant Patil expressed the confidence that Rasane will be able to expedite development by following up and resolving all the issues. The election rally of the grand alliance consisting of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Balasahebanchi Shiv Sena, RPI (Athwale), Shiv Sangram Parishad, RSP, Rayat Kranti Sanghatana and Patit Pawan Sanghatna was organised by Guardian Minister Chandrakant Patil in support of Kasba Peth Assembly Constituency Candidate Hemant Rasane at the Natu Bagh ground. Patil was speaking at this meeting.

Patil said, make the candidate of Grand Alliance Hemant Rasane win, who has the support of 200 MLAs, to clear important issues such as Metro, old wadas, gunthewari etc. Patil added that he would be able to follow up and resolve all the issues.
Who is Dhangekar?
Chandrakant Patil said, “I have been hearing for the last 10-12 days that the election is between Dhangekar and Rasane. Who is Dhangekar? He is a corporator. The speaker before me mentioned that he has not even worked as a corporator. Roads were not built in his ward, drainages were not repaired. I say the work was done but it was through the municipal corporation. The state assembly makes laws. It decides the direction of the state. So, if a candidate’s party is in power, he will be able to address all issues. Will Dhangekar go there and make a law? He can’t do anything.”
No LoP in the Lok Sabha
Ravindra Dhangekar’s party didn’t even get a Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the Lok Sabha. In the 572-members Lok Sabha, any party must have at least ten percent i.e. 57 MPs to get the LoP. They have 44 MPs. They did not even get the post of LoP. Such a big country didn’t get an opposition leader. Chandrakant Patil attacked the Congress by saying that you could not get an opposition leader in the Lok Sabha.
You lost a good post
You got the post of Speaker of the Vidhan Sabha in the government which was brought in by betrayal of trust. Around 12 crore people’s Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha did not have a speaker for almost over two years. Because they did not have consensus. The 33 months old government was weak. Only Nationalist Party (NCP) ruled, enjoyed power. Shiv Sena also did not get anything. SS was satisfied that only Uddhav Thackeray got the post of Chief Minister. The NCP ruled and enjoyed all the power. He taunted the Congress that they were given insignificant ministries.
No importance for a person’s goodness
“The Prime Minister of the country belongs to the BJP, the President belongs to the BJP, the Vice President belongs to the BJP, the Speaker of the Lok Sabha belongs to the BJP and the Chief Ministers of 18 states of the country are from the BJP. When we elect a person from such a party, a great power stands behind him. Modi himself, Amit Shah, State Chief Minister Eknath Shinde stand behind him. Because the MLA belongs to their party. So he gets whatever he wants. What will Dhangekar do? What development fund will he bring? Who will provide development funds? Does he have knowledge about Vidhan Sabha?”
