World’s most expensive Biryani which is topped with with 23 carat edible gold

It is claimed to be one of the most expensive biryani in the world, which has been launched by a restaurant in Dubai.

The name of this biryani is ‘The Royal Gold Biryani’. It is served on a large gold platter. This biryani contains 23 carat edible gold and you will have to pay Rs 19,700 for a plate of it. According to the Bombay Borough Restaurant, which prepares Royal Gold Biryani, serves it with Gold Leaf Kebabs-Kashmiri Lamb Kebabs, Old Delhi Lamb Chops, Rajput Chicken Kebabs, Mughalai Kofta, and Malai Chicken Kasturi, Saffron-Tarkari Biryani.

The chutneys and sauces include nihari salan, jodhpuri salan, almond sauce, almond and pomegranate raita. When all the items of this biryani are decorated in the plate, then a 23 carat gold layer is applied over it. You can eat this layer of gold. The Royal Gold Biryani has a total weight of 3 kg.

One special thing about The Royal Gold Biryani is that you can choose rice of your choice. Before ordering, you are given the option of Biryani Rice, Keema White Rice and Saffron Rice.
