BJP MLA Madhuri Misal tests positive for coronavirus infection

Pune : Policenama online – Bharatiya Janata Party’s MLA Madhuri Misal has tested positive for coronavirus infection. She had attended the session of the state assembly.

She has issued a statement which reads, “My COVID-19 test conducted on Monday is positive. At present, I am in home isolation and I am in good health. However, as a precaution, those who have come in contact with me in the last few days should get themselves tested. Take care and be safe.’’

The number of coronavirus patients is increasing in the state. In Pune, the number of patients is increasing including those infected with the Omicron variant.
