Dr.Shrikant Kelkar, Nephew of Dinakar Kelkar(Founder of Kelkar Museum) was former HOD, at KEM Hospital, Pune. He Introduced technique of Laser eye surgery, first time in Pune City. He also performed thousands of free of cost surgeries for needy patients.
Function was attended by medical fraternity, where other doctors like Dr.Madhav Pethe, Dr.Parvez Grant, Dr.Sanjay Patil, Dr.Sanjay Gupte, Dr.Hemant Wakankar were also felicitated for their contribution.
Sanjivani Mujumdar, Aruna Kelkar, Dr.Jaai Kelkar,Dr.Aditya Kelkar,Dr.Mandar Paranjape, Dr,Rajiv Deshmukh and other dignitaries were present.
